Kurt, is a proven compliance, technology strategist and healthcare executive. He is responsible for product and software development, infrastructure, technology integration, compliance and consulting. Prior to joining the Company in September 2009, Kurt was an Executive Healthcare Consultant with FourThought Group, a healthcare management and MIS consulting firm. Prior to working for FourThought Group, he was the Vice President of Corporate Compliance for Affiliated Computer Services. Kurt is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in HIPAA, Medical Coding and data protection.

An extensive career in healthcare operations and management has led Kurt to roles as a Senior Health Policy Analyst with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, a Director of Provider Relations with United Healthcare Mid-Atlantic, Director of Nursing with Community Support Services f/t Deaf and  a Registered Nurse for several hospitals and home health agencies throughout Louisiana, Maryland and Florida. Kurt also has extensive experience in project management, financial system auditing, and technology integrations and architecture.

Kurt is a Registered Nurse and has a MS - Managed Care Operations from the University of Maryland, an MBA - Finance from the University of Baltimore and a BSN from Northwestern State University. He maintains certifications in Six Sigma, Project Management, Managed Care, and Developmental Disabilities Training.
