Mathias is responsible for operations, U.S. and international sales and marketing.

Prior to joining the company, Mathias was CEO and President of Heel, Inc.’s U.S. Division. He also served as Director of the Consumer Health Care Division for the Americas for Boehringer Inglheim and International Marketing Manager for the Natural Health Division of Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

Mathias grew revenues in the natural health division of Boehringer Ingelheirm from 100 M Euros to 300 M Euros in five years ($150 M - $450 M U.S) and moved the Consumer Health Division for the Americas from a ranking of number 7 to number 2 in five years. At Heel, he restructured marketing to focus more on retail channels while extending Heel’s private label manufacturing. Under his direction, Heel was able to modernize its IT infrastructure at a fraction of the cost of most business intelligence solutions. (For more information about this project click here).

Mathias began consulting with the company in January of 2009 and transitioned to executive VP in October of 2009.
