
Tommy began his career with the Company as a customer service and marketing representative. His technical skills soon became apparent and he advanced to being the liaison between customers and the ZipClaims development team as well as the training manager for new ZipClaims subscribers. Tommy is responsible for testing and quality assurance when new features are added to ZipClaims.
Tommy’s hands-on customer advocacy has increased customer satisfaction and enhanced communication between the technology and marketing departments. Tommy closely monitors daily claims submissions from ZipClaims to ensure they are routed correctly to private and public insurance payers.
Tommy began his professional career selling phone service plans for a Sprint PCS division in Albuquerque. Within three months, he was promoted to Team Leader based on total sales volume and product knowledge. Tommy also worked as a technology sales representative for SC Kiosks Inc., a division of Radio Shack.
